摘要
调查某厂空气氯乙烯浓度在9.4~20.1mg/m ̄3条件下作业工人的神经肌电图、神经递质、内分泌激素及淋巴细胞染色体G显带核型分析。结果证明:50%工人出现以轴索变性为主的亚临床型或轻度中毒性周围神经病变;淋巴细胞染色体畸变率明显增高。在染色休畸变中50%是缺失,多发断裂点21q22,22q13、17q21与癌基因位点密切相关。以上两项指标可作为氯乙烯中毒早期检测指标。
Electromyography,neurotransmitter,en-docrine hormone and lymphocyte G
bandedchromosome analysis were carried out in wor-kers exposed to
vinyl chloride of one chemi-cal factory, where atmosphere VC
concentra-tion amounted to.4~20.1mg/m ̄3. The resultshowed that the
subclinieal or slight toxic-peri-pheral neuritis was mainly induced
byneuraxis degeneration. The frequencies of lym-phocyte chromosomal
aberrations were signi-ficantly increased. The deletion was found
in50%of total chromosome aberrations,as wellas, the breaking sites
were mainly located at21q22, 22q13, 17q21, which were related
tocarcinoma gene sites.Above two kinds of in-dices might be served as
tbe diagnOstic indi-cators of the VC poisoning in carly stage andan
indicator to supervise malignant transfor-mation,The neurotransmitter
and endocrinehormone examination did not show significantchange.
