广州地区部分健康大学生甲型流感病毒血清抗体检测结果 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解广州地区健康大学生H9,H7和H53种甲型流感病毒亚型的隐性感染情况,分析人类对上述3种禽类甲型流感病毒亚型是否具有免疫力并探索甲型流感病毒对人类的潜在危险性。方法采集广州地区健康大学生血清686份,通过血凝抑制实验进行抗体检测。结果H9亚型抗体阳性率达35.1%,有22份血清存在H7抗体,有18份血清存在H5抗体。结论H9亚型在健康青年中的隐性感染率非常高,但H7与H5亚型抗体的阳性率极低,人类尚不具备免疫力。当前流行的高致病性禽流感病毒(H7,H5等和亚型)对人群威胁巨大,应加强防护,必要时应采取主动免疫等防护措施。 Objective To explore the inapparent infection of subtypes of avian influenza A virus (H9, H7 and H5)on healthy youths in Guangzhou, to determine whether human are immune from the three subtypes,and to explore the dangers.Methods Hemagglutination-inhibition test was used to detect antibodies to 686 serum specimens of healthy youths in Guangzhou. Results The positive rate of H9 was 35.1% , 22 serum specimens had antibody to H7, and 18 serum specimens had antibody to H5. Conclusion High inapparent infection rate of subtype of H9 is found among healthy youths. But the positive rates of antibodies to H7 and H9 are extremely low. Nowadays, for the human populations as a whole, highly pathogenic avian influenza ( H5 , H7 subtypes) forms a great danger of infection to human, so we should take active immunity steps as necessary.
