The Summary of Studying Ruling the Country by Law since the 15th National Congress of the CCP

自中共十五大以来,学术界对依法治国的内涵、实施方式、关键以及实施中存在的问题等方面,展开了多方位的研究。及时全面地把握这些研究成果,有助于依法治国研究的进一步深入开展。

Since the 15th National Congress of the CCP,the academic circle has made an all-round research on 'ruling the country by law'in such area as its connotation implementation and key problems and so on. This paper tries to make a summary on the main viewpoints of this research.
