摘要
目的:了解中等卫生学校学生心理健康状况、主要存在的问题及影响因素。方法:采用定群抽样的调查方法,对2 0 0 3级新生共761人进行调查,心理测评选用症状自评量表、应对方式问卷、社会支持评定量表。结果:我校2 0 0 3级学生SCL - 90各因子分均显著高于同龄中学生常模,通过排序发现,2 0 0 3级卫校学生心理健康问题较为严重的前4位是人际关系敏感、强迫、偏执和敌对。多因素分析结果表明,应对方式、社会支持因素等均可影响中等卫校学生的心理健康状况。结论:中等卫校学生心理健康状况方面存在的问题较多,应对方式和社会支持因素对学生心理健康状况有影响。
Objective:to know the psychological state 、major problem and the influencial factors of the middle nursing students. Methods:The subject includes 761 freshmen of the 2003th year, who were sampled by cluster sampling . survey were performed through sympotom checklist 90(SCL-90)、 coping strategies questionnaire(CSQ)、social support rating scale(SSRS). Results the average scores of the students in the SCL-90 is significantly higher than that of ordinary middle school students in all aspects ,we found the most serious problems are interpersonality sensativity、obssession、bigot and hostility hostility and bigot. Through multi-factor analysis,we found coping methods and social support style can affect their mental health state. Conclusions:The psychological state of the nursing students is not optimical , their coping methods、 social support style can affect their mental health state. Psychological education for students is effective.
