摘要
分析了中国石油大庆石化分公司废碱液处理装置设备及管材存在问题的原因,提出了解决措施。此外针对装置运行中产生的有关问题,对其工艺进行了改进,其结果使装置能力在原设计的基础上提高到200%。
In the article, the authors analyze some problems of equipment and pipeline material of the wet oxidization unit of spent alkali liquid, then provide special disposal methods and improve the process according to the problems during running of the unit, the capacity can be increased to 200% more than the former designed value after revamping.
