摘要
介绍了新型碳二前加氢催化剂E-seriesFEE-DC3在国外A石化公司乙烯装置的工业应用情况,分析了该催化剂反应机理和主要影响因素。实际运行结果表明,该催化剂活性好,末期乙炔转化率高于60%;选择性高,末期仍保持在60%以上;操作稳定性好,对一氧化碳等进料条件变化适应能力强。
The industry application of the C_2 hydrogenation catalyst E-series FE E-DC3 in the ethylene plant of A petrochemical company was introduced. The reaction mechanism and major affecting factors of the catalyst were analyzed. The production result showed that the catalyst had good activity, selective and stability all through the runlength, even in the end runlength,its activity and selectivity were still higher than 60% and 60% respectively.
