骨巨细胞瘤的影像诊断

Imaging diagnosis of giant cell tumor of bone

目的:分析骨巨细胞瘤的X线、CT、MRI征象,并与病理结果对照,总结骨巨细胞瘤的影像表现及特点,提高对骨巨细胞瘤影像学表现的认识。方法:结合文献对7例经手术病理证实的骨巨细胞瘤病例的X线平片、CT、MRI影像学资料进行回顾性分析。结果:主要影像表现为:膨胀性改变,溶骨性破坏及软组织肿块,Jaffe病理分级:骨巨细胞瘤I级2例,I^II级2例,II级1例,II^III级2例。结论:合理应用X线、CT、MRI检查,可提高骨巨细胞瘤诊断准确性,并为临床手术提供重要影像信息。

objective To analyse and summary the appearance of X-ray, CT, MRI in giant cell tumor of bone and compare with pathologic results. To improve the imaging diagnosis level of giant水相逢cell tumor of bone. Method To review the imaging appearance of X-ray, CT,MRI of 7 patients with surgery and biopsy-proven giant cell tumor of bone. Results The major imaging signs were expansive, osteolytic bone destruction, soft tissure mass. According to Jaffe's pathologic categorization, 2/7 cases were categorized as I, 2/7 cases as grade I^II, 1/7 case as grade II, 2/7 cases as grade II^III. Conclusion If X-ray,CT and MRI can be used reasonably,the accuracy of diagnosis of giant cell tumor of bone can be improved,and provide valuable imaging signs for clinic operation.
