Improvement in Quality Judgment Precision by the Process Computer for Silicon Steel at Baosteel 1550mm Cold Rolling Mill

通过对宝钢1550mm冷轧电工钢连退机组(SACL)原有的入口卷判定方法缺陷的分析,提出并实现了改进的产品卷判定方法,极大地提高了电工钢过程计算机的质量判定精度, 取得了良好效果。

Through analyzing defects of the original judgment method for the entry coil in the process computer system of the 1550mm Cold Mill Silicon-Steel Continuous Annealing & Coating Line (SACL) , the improved judgment method for the product coils has been put ferward and implemented, the quality judgment precision by the process computer for silicon steel has been greatly improved, and favorable effect has been obtained.
