摘要
在采用推移方法对宝钢电工钢产品的1550酸轧工序前后的库存水平进行调查分析的同时,运用边际分析法对其最优安全库存进行了理论测算,发现在库存成本控制上仍存在较大的下降空间。在优化切换批量后,其库存出现明显下降。成功而有效的实践结果表明,在不增加额外生产成本的前提下,适当增加切换次数,增加了生产柔性,有利于低库存控制。
Meanwhile the stock levels before and after the Baosteel pickling and rolling process for the 1550mm silicon steel line are being investigated and analyzed with the process method, the theoretic calculation has been made to optimize the safe stock with the marginal analysis method. It was found that there is still greater space to reduce the stock cost. It could be further lowered after the switch batch had been optimized. Practice has proved that the production flexibility can be improved and low stock control can be kept bv increasing the number of switch times without extra production cost.
