摘要
通过对钢锭加热生成的氧化铁皮的结构和成分分析,找出钢锭氧化对空燃比的影响,并推导计算出空燃比的修正系数,对提高燃烧控制的水平,降低能耗,提高产品收得率具有重要意义。
Through the analysis of structure and component of iron scale formed in the process of heating steel ingots, the effect of oxidation of steel ingot on air-fuel ratio has been found, and the correction factor for the air-fuel ratio has been deduced, which will be of great significance to raise the level of combustion control, reduce energy consumption and enhance product yield.
