家用超声波洗碗机洗涤机理的试验研究

Research for washing principle of home ultrasonic dishwasher

首先采用铝箔腐蚀法对洗涤槽内超声空化的相对强度进行试验研究,应用图像、数据处理软件对试验结果进行处理,对超声波的作用方向和作用方式进行了研究,得到了最优超声波作用方式.然后,采用正交和对比试验设计法对家用超声波洗碗机的超声洗涤参数和洗涤工艺进行研究,确定出能得到较好洗涤效果的洗涤方式,为研制家用超声波洗碗机进行了机理试验研究.

The relative intensity of ultrasonic cavitation in washing trough is studied mainly in this article, in which the method of aluminum foil erosion is adopted and the software of image and data processing is applied in order to deal with the experimentation results. An orthogonal experimental design method and a contrastive one are used to research the ultrasonic washing parameter and washing technique of home ultrasonic dishwasher.
