成年人饮食行为量表化评价方法探讨

Method to evaluate an adult eating behavior questionnaire

目的 对自行设计的一套成年人饮食行为问卷初稿进行信度和效度测试 ,以初步探索该量表的评价方法。方法 选取 10 0名调查对象进行成年人饮食行为问卷初稿的调查 ,并利用Cronbachα系数和Theta系数及因子分析对结果进行信度和效度的评价。结果 全量表Cronbachα系数 =0 6 9,各因子θ值均 >0 6 0 ,表明该量表信度尚可。通过因子分析 ,共提取了 8个可解释的有效因子 ,与问卷设计时的理论构想基本吻合。结论 该成年人饮食行为问卷基本包括了饮食行为的各个方面 ,经过反复的修改和多次的预调查 ,认为最终可以得出该问卷的理想版本。

Objective Through analysis the reliability and validity of the Adult Eating Behavior Questionnaire to develop a method to evaluate the preliminary questionnaire. Methods 100 adult residents from city and country were recruited as a conveniencesample . Theireating behavior was assessed using the preliminary adulteating behavior questionnaire. To evaluate the reliability using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient and The tacoefficient and the validity using the factor analysis. Results The reliability of the questionnaire was good (Cronbachα=0 6 9,θ >0 6 0 ) . On the other way ,8 components were extractedusing the factor analysis .It was just fit to the planning . Conclusion The preliminary Adult Eating Behavior Questionnaire almost include all subjects about eating behaviors. The ideal version is taken at last through remand the preliminary one and repeat the investigation several times.
