摘要
在分析交通信息内容的基础上,将交通信息分为静态、动态和历史3类,立足于中小城市的交通信息平台建设,结合信息平台的3种可能的运行模式,重点对交通信息平台建设中数据处理相关功能模块进行了设计,并对其中的关键技术进行了研究.动态信息是交通信息中非常重要的一类,目前用GPS采集动态交通流信息以及通过高分辨率遥感图片实时获取路况信息已经成为动态交通信息获取的两大重要渠道,文中从3 S技术集成的角度研究了动态交通信息的实时获取和处理.作为属性统计表存在的交通信息通常是包含空间分布特征的,如何利用这些信息,文中也有讨论.
Analyzing the contents of the traffic information, it classifies traffic information into three types, which are static, dynamic and historic traffic information respectively. Based on the constructions of the traffic information platform in the middle, small cities, integrates the three system run modes(C/S, B/S and Mobile Terminal) of the platform, it pays more attention to design the function components of data processing sub-system and does some research on the key technique. Dynamic information is a kind of all-important traffic information, at present two channels to obtain the dynamic information separately are by GPS or by real time high-resolution remote sensing image. From “3S”integration point of view, This paper discusses the real-time acquirement and process of the dynamic traffic information. In addition it discusses the spatial distribution of the traffic information and does some work about how to deal with them.
