介绍了一种基于Web GIS的交通事故预警系统,该系统主要基于B/ S模式,采用ASP,JSP,VC以及MO组件技术构建,以ARCSDE,Oracle实现空间和属性数据管理,用Arc IMS来实现地图服务.该交通事故预警系统能够通过基于GIS分析的预测模型预测重大交通隐患,预防交通事故的发生,同时也能在发生交通事故后,快速处理事故.同时依据法律,利用基于范例推理、基于规则推理的事故结案模型,得到交通事故处理结果.

This article introduces a system on preventing traffic accident based on WebGIS.System mainly adopts B/S mode,constructed by ASP, JSP, VC and MO.It manages spatial data and property data by using ARCSDE and Oracle,provides map service by using ArcIMS.The system can get a region where a traffic accident maybe happen through modeling based on GIS spatial analysis,prevent the traffic accident from happening.Furthermore,when the accident happens,the system can quickly deal with the traffic accident.At the same time,it can,according to law,get the transact result by using CBR(case-based reasoning) and RBR(rule-based reasoning).
