大中专护生人际沟通知识和技巧的需求调查

Investigation on the nursing students' needs of knowledge and skills of interpersonal communication

目的促进大中专护生人际沟通技巧的优化。方法2004年6月、12月,分别对湖北襄樊职业技术学院护理系342名大中专护生(大专生240名,中专生102名)进行调查。以了解护生人际沟通知识和技巧情况与需求。结果大中专护生对人际沟通知识和技巧的需求较为一致。结论对大中专护生进行人际沟通知识教育和技巧训练十分必要。

Objective To promote nursing students' interpersonal communication skills.Method 342 nursing students(240 junior college nursing students and 102 high school nursing students) were investigated in the June and December in 2004 to determine the present status and students' demands of communication knowledge and skills.Result There was no significant difference in the demands of communication knowledge and skills between junior college nursing students and high school nursing students.(Conclusion It) is necessary to provide the education of communication knowledge and skills for the junior college and high school nursing students.Author's address:Office of Fundamental Nursing,School of Medical Sciences,Xiangfan Vocational and Technical College,Xiangfan 441021,China
