烧伤病人院前急救情况调查及健康教育对策

Investigation on the status of rescue for patients with burns before hospitalization and the countermeasures of health education

目的了解烧伤病人院前急救情况及相关因素。方法对1 612例来院就诊的烧伤病人进行问卷调查。结果院前急救方法正确者占32.26%,急救方法不当(包括未处置)者占67.74%;70%以上烧伤病人烧伤急救知识缺乏,80%的病人对烧伤急救知识有需求;正确的院前急救方法主要由医院获得,占54.24%;不正确的院前急救方法主要获取于朋友、同事、亲戚,占66.31%。结论拓展医院服务职能,结合媒体,积极开展医院、社区、企业等全方位的健康教育势在必行。

Objective To determine the rescue status for patients with burns before hospitalization and the related factors.(Method 1 612) patients with burns were investigated with questionnaire.Results Before hospitalization,32.26% of the patients were rescued by correct methods,while 67.74% of the patients were rescued by inappropriate methods(including the patients who didn't(receive) rescue measures).Over 70% of the patients lacked of the related knowledge of rescue measures for burns and 80% of them showed requirement for the related knowledge.Most of the knowledge of correct rescue for burns came from professional medical staff,which contributed to 54.24%,while most of the inappropriate rescue methods for burns came from friends,colleagues and relatives,which contributed to 66.31%.Conclusion It is necessary to broaden the service function of hospital,and combine with the influence of media to provide health education in hospital,community and enterprise.Author's address:Department of Burn,No.180 Hospital of PLA,Quanzhou 362000,China
