对临床护士进行继续教育的做法与体会

The practice and experience of continuing education for clinical nurses

组织护士业务学习是临床护理人员继续教育的一项重要措施,针对临床护士的工作现状,组织好护士业务学习,明确学习目标,巧妙安排时间,提倡人人参与,达到教学相长,提高了护士业务素质和护理质量,取得了良好效果。

Organizing the professional studies for clinical nurses is one of the most important measures in continuing nursing education.According to the present status of the clinical nurses' professional level,we organized the professional learning for the clinical nurses,identified the objectives,arranged learning time reasonable and advocated that everybody participated in to improve the learning and teaching together.As a result,this practice achieved favorable effectiveness,which improved the nurses' professional level and the quality of nursing.Author's address:Department of Internal Medicine,the First People's Hospital of Guangzhou,Guangzhou 510180,China
