摘要
目的分析异地护生的特点和存在的问题,寻求针对性的教学方法,保证教学质量。方法比较两地教材和教学方法的差异,做好教学衔接,强调个体差异,因人施教,重视带教老师的选择,采用目标教学法教授临床知识和理论,并指导技能,在日常生活和思想上加强管理。结果顺利达到地域间的教学衔接,缩短护生的适应时间,降低新地域的适应难度,使护生的知识连贯、系统。结论外地教学手段、教学方法与本地教学衔接不畅,知识不连贯;基础理论知识和技能普遍较差;生活环境变化大,造成护生心理状态不稳定是异地护生带教的不利因素。教学方法、教材选择、优质的师资和心理调适的合理应用是保证教学质量的有效方法。
Objectives To analyze the characteristics and problems of the nursing students from other cities,and explore the corresponding clinical teaching methods to ensure the quality of clinical teaching.Methods Compared the difference of textbooks and teaching methods in different areas,linked up the teaching contents reasonably,emphasized on individualized teaching,paid close attention to the selection of clinical teachers,applied the objective teaching method to teach them with clinical theoretical knowledge and nursing techniques.At the same time,strengthened the management of the nursing students in daily life and their mentality changes.(Results As) a result,the clinical teaching was linked up successfully,which help the nursing students to gain consistent and systematic knowledge,and adapt themselves to the clinical practice soon.(Conclusions The) difference in the teaching ways and methods resulted in the inconsistence of clinical teaching and the nursing students' knowledge.Their relative poor basic theoretical knowledge and nursing techniques and the change of life environment were the negative factors which caused their unstable psychological status.Therefore,paying close attention to the rational selection of teaching methods,textbooks,high quality teachers and concerning their psychological status were essential to ensure the quality of clinical teaching.Author's address:Department of Surgery,the Second Hospital of Beijing,Beijing 100031,China
