摘要
输液反应具有极强的不可预见性,是影响护患关系的主要问题之一,甚至会引发护理纠纷和法律事件。热原反应、微粒污染、细菌病毒污染、药物不良反应是引起静脉输液发热反应的主要原因。制订静脉输液发热反应预防程序,防止操作失误;建立静脉输液反应应急护理程序,提高护士处理水平;规范静脉输液护理记录程序,提高法律意识。通过实施护理对策,护士对静脉输液发热反应防范意识明显增强。
Intravenous reaction is difficult to be forecasted and is one of the main problems influencing nurse-patient relationship,even can lead to nursing disputes and law issues.The main causes of fever reaction due to intravenous transfusion include pyrogen reaction,particulate contamination,bacteria and virus contamination,and side effect of drugs.The author proposed some countermeasures,such as establishing prevention procedures of fever reactions due to intravenous transfusion,avoiding operational errors,establishing preparatory emergent nursing procedure of dealing with fever reaction due to intravenous transfusion,improving nurses' ability of dealing with fever reaction,standardizing nursing records of intravenous transfusion,strengthening nurses' law consciousness.These measures obviously strengthened the nurses consciousness of guard fever reaction due to intravenous transfusion.Author's address:1.Department of Neurology;2.Nursing Department,General Hospital of Shenyang Military Region,Shenyang 110016,China
