摘要
护患交往中的大多数问题都与情感沟通不畅有关。密切护患交往,实现交往目的,要求彼此加强情感沟通,努力消除情感障碍。在护患交往中,护士应当同情、尊重患者,对患者真诚、负责;患者也应当尊重、信任护士,对护士友好、和善。
