我国聚丙烯营销存在的问题及对策

摘要 在日趋激烈的市场竞争环境下,努力提高国产聚丙烯市场占有率和利润率,是国有聚丙烯生产企业面临的一道难题。文章在分析国产聚丙烯市场营销方面暴露出的问题的基础上,结合国有大型聚丙烯生产企业在市场经济体制下的营销工作,提出建立合理的营销管理体系,稳定和完善营销渠道,调整产品结构,开拓来进料加工市场的组合营销对策。 Under increasingly fierce market competition, to raise with great efforts market percentage of home-made PP( polypropylene) and its profit is a very difficult problem which the domestic PP production industries are now facing. Based on the analysis of exposed problems in PP marketing, and combined with marketing operation of national PP producing industries of large scale under market economy system, presented marketing policy including establishing reasonable marketing management system, stabilizing and perfecting marketing channels, adjusting structure of products and developing market of processing with imported materials.
