Maintain Rights for Union Dialectically

维护职工的合法权益是工会的基本职责,是维权工作的基本宗旨,也是工会工作在社会主义市场经济新形势下值得认真研究的新课题。在工会维权过程中,要辩证地处理好整体与局部、宏观与具体、普遍与特殊的关系,准确认识和把握新时期工会工作的规律,调整工作思路,充分发挥工会的维权职能,构建和谐社会。

To maintain employee's legal rights is the elementary responsibility of the Union, the basis of right maintaining work, and also a new subject which is worth studying earnestly under socialist market economy for Union. In the course of rights maintaining, we should correctly deal with relations between whole and part, macro and special, general and special, accurately realize and hold rules of Union work at new stage, adjust our idea about work, fully play function of right maintaining of the Union to build a harmonious society.
