在市场经济条件下,人才的流向是遵照市场规律运行的。因此,引入劳动力市场价位就成为企业薪酬战略的关键,同时,对于企业降低人工成本和增强企业活力有十分重要的意义。以天津石化公司为例,重点探讨引入劳动力市场价位的实践效果、存在的主要问题和应对措施,分析薪酬改革的发展方向和趋势。
Under market economic conditions, intelligent flow in accordance with market rules. Thus, to introduce price levels of labor market is the key emoluments strategy, and of important significance for cutting cost of man power and strengthening enterprise vigor. Taking a certain company as an example, studied practical effects, main problems and measures of introducing price levels of labor market, analyzed direction and trend of emoluments reform.
