对我国优秀110m栏运动员跨栏技术的分析

The Analysis Of Hurdling Skill On Chinese Top 110m Hurdler

通过对收集3名获得过世界田径锦标赛前8名的我国新老运动员比赛时的技术参数,与第6届世锦赛前7名等运动员进行对比分析时发现:李彤的跨栏步技术、起跑和起跑后加速状态下攻栏的技术好于世界选手,但他栏间3步的速度以及终点冲刺的能力明显差于对方;刘翔栏间3步跑的速度以及终点冲刺的速度强于世界选手,史东鹏与世界选手十分接近,但他们的过栏腾空时间长,其原因分别是由于起跨角大,下栏距离长而引起。文章研究分析了我国新老顶尖110m栏运动员能走向世界的技术因素与不足之处,希望能为我国其他110m运动员所借鉴,同时也有利于刘翔、史东鹏今后能够针对性地进行训练,进一步提高运动成绩。

By collecting three athletes technical parameters of the head eight in the World Track and Field Championship and the head seven in the 6^(ty) World Track and Field Championship, We analyze and get the following conclusion, Li Tong is better than the world competitors in hurdling skill, Running and leaving off hurdle, While is obviously worse in 3-step between hurdles and final spurt. Liu Xiang is also better then world competitors in 3-step between hurdles and final spurt. While Shi Dong peng is no difference with world competitors in these fields. But Liu Xiang and Shi Dong peng take more time strigding because the angle of stride is bigger and the distance of leaving off hurdle is longer.Moreover. Shi Dong peng is weaker in starting and leaving off the first hurdle.This paper any lyses our top 110m hurdlers' skill and disadvantage. The aim hoped other 110m hurdlers can learn from them.At the same time, it can help Liu Xiang and Shi Dong peng training in the future and promote their performance.
