综合性大学举办教师教育是世界各国教师教育改革和发展的基本走向,也是中国师范教育从传统走向现代的新趋势。综合性大学教师教育改革与发展的主要策略是:以科学发展观为指导,确立科学的发展战略;以“加强学术性,突出师范性,拓展综合性,注重适应性”为着力点,全面推进教师教育创新;以教育学科为主要生长点,精心打造高水平教师教育学院;以课程体系、教学内容和教学方法的改革为切入点,大力加强传统专业的更新改造;以现代教育技术为制高点,加快教师教育信息化建设;以“教师专业发展学校”为创新点,关注教师的专业成长。应该强调的是,教师教育的转型和变革决不仅仅在于形式或名称上的改变,其实质应该着眼于整个教师教育质量和水平的提高,着眼于实现教师专业发展,着眼于更好地为社会培养高层次的专门人才,并最终实现“让每个教室都拥有最优秀的教师”的教育理想。

Running teachers’ education in a university has become a general trend in the field of the educational reform and development for all the teachers the world over, and it is a new tendency for Chinese pedagogic education to go from traditional education to a modem one. The main tactics of the reform and development in education for university teachers are as follows: taking scientific views of development as our guidance; forming a scientific development strategy; taking an academic atmosphere, highlighting normality, developing comprehensiveness and laying stress on adaptability as our focal points; taking pedagogic subjects as our growing point; taking the reform in curriculum system, content of courses and teaching method as our point of tangency; taking modern educational technology as our commanding point, and taking “ developing pedagogic specialities ” as our novel point. When all the above mentioned are fulfilled, the top-quality specialized personnel can be trained up for the society, and our educational ideal “ to let every classroom be provided with most excellent teachers” can be realized.
