摘要
企业经营局势发生显著变化, 要应对各种运营要素全面竞争的新局面, 必须快速提升企业能力。本文主要介绍了企业在探索能力建设过程中一些有益的经验、方法和体会。
As distinct changes have happened to enterprise management situation, enterprise competence should be promoted rapidly in order to respond to the new situation in which all kinds of management (elements) are roundly engaged in competition. This thesis mainly introduces some beneficial experiences, methods and thoughts about the exploration of enterprise competence construction.
