由于燃气轮机联合循环机组的特点, 其验收试验的内容、时间的安排, 采用的规程、违约金额的确定, 都不同于常规燃煤电厂。本文介绍了第一、二捆打捆招标时的做法, 供有关方面参考。
Considering the speciality of GTCC unit,the content of its acceptance test,the time (arrangement) of the performance test and reliability test,the code used,and the determination of the liquidated demage value,are quite different from the conventional coal-fired plant.Here introduce the method used in the first and second bundle procuremcnt of GTCC units for the reference of concerned parties.
