Electrical Design Characteristic and Experience of Iran Sahand Steam Power Plant (2×325MW)

随着我国加入WTO, 在参与全球经济竞争的大潮中, 将有机会竞争和承担国外项目的设计和服务工作, 进而在国际电力咨询、设计领域占据一席之地。为此, 需要不断积累和总结更多的涉外设计服务工作经验, 使设计逐步与国际标准和国际惯例接轨。本文仅就伊朗Sahand电厂电气部分的设计特点、设计过程和经验教训, 以及涉外合作的体会, 进行一些简单介绍回顾和小结, 希望对以后的涉外设计服务项目有所帮助。

Along with China joined the WTO and participates in the globe economic competition, we have much chance to compete and take on design and service work of foreign projects, farther to hold some (territory) in international electrical power design and consultation field. Therefore, it is necessary to (continuously) accumulate and summarize more foreign design and service experience, then gradually (conform) to international standards and convention. the paper shall put up brief review and sum-up (concerning) design characteristic, process, foreign cooperation feeling and experience of electrical specialty in iran sahand steam power plant, and usefulness is hoped for latter foreign project.
