摘要
从企业的人才招聘、培训到人员的激励以及人力资源的合理配置使用, 是一个企业人力资源管理的主要问题。只有这些问题都处理好了, 企业就会形成一个人才脱颖而出的机制, 依靠这些人才资源, 企业就可以立于不败之地。
The enterprise human-resources managements mainly focus on many factors i.e. Talents (recruiting), training, promoting and reasonable assigning. If only these issues to be well resolved, this enterprise would be brought into an excellent talent-paradise and stand firmly as in stronghold.
