房地产业中诚信缺失现象比较严重,是目前市场经济环境中诚信缺失比较严重的一个领域。论文通过建立购房者与房地产企业之间的三阶段博弈模型来描述和分析这种现象,同时指出了房地产企业诚信的条件,分析了该条件中各因素的变化情况,指出消除房地产企业诚信缺失行为,法律的作用不可或缺,同时也指出了诚信建设中合同的重要性。

The lack of trust is quite severe in the real estate,and at present,it's a relatively serious field in the environment of market economy.This phenomenon was described and analyzed by establishing the game theory model in the three stages between house purchaser and real estate enterprises,the conditions of trust in real estate enterprises were pointed out,and the change elements of every element in the conditions.The article pointed out the necessity of law in eliminating the lack of trust in real estate enterprises and the importance of contracts in trust construction.
