Reconstruction of College PE Teaching System under the Concept of “Health is the First”

“健康第一”思想是对高校体育本质功能的重新认识,它赋予了高校体育新的历史使命。论文依据“健康第一”思想,反思当前高校体育教学现状,重构“健康第一”理念下高校体育教学的内容体系。

The concept “Health is the First” is a reconsideration about the essential function of college PE,and it endowed college PE with new historical missions.Based on the concept,the current situation of college PE was reflected,and the reconstruction of the content system of PE in colleges under the concept of “Health is the First” was put forward.
