A large scale development of private higher education in China has been being twenty years. However, few people paid careful consideration for healthful progress of private institutions. Compared with those successful ones in the world, the most strategic crisis exiting in the Chinese private universities/colleges would be in the field of system of leadership and management, and its operational mechanism. Healthful progress and final success should come out as a reformation of the leadership and management system is really effective
