摘要
目的 测定了一百多种常用中草药乙醇提取液的防晒性能,筛选出具提取天然防晒价值的中草药。方法 采用紫外分光光度法,在200-400nm对样品液进行扫描,计算各区的平均紫外线吸收率。结果 在紫外线2区或3区平均紫外线吸收率在90%以上的中草药有13种,其中槐米、黄连、红花有较强的广谱防晒作用,具较高提取价值。结论 中草药防晒剂有广阔的应用前景,本法作为初筛防晒剂的方法简便直观,能一次性测定多个样品。
Objective To dertermine the effect of sun-screening for alcohol extract of more than 100 Chinese herbal medicine and screen Chinese herbal medicine extract as natural sun-screening agents. Method Scan the samples from 200 to 400 nm by ultraviolet spectrophotometry,then calculate the average ultraviolet absorption in UV-C,UV-B and UV-A. Result The average ultraviolet absorption of 13 samples are more than 90% in two or three areas.Sophora flower-bud,coptis root and safflower are broad-spectrum sun-screening agents.They are of great value of extracting natural sun-screening agents. Conclusion Chinese herbal medicine used as sun-screening agents has a great future.The method is the primary screening test of sun-screening agents.It is simple,directly and it can determine a lot of samples at the same time.
