摘要
目的 研究促肝细胞生长素活性测定的新方法。方法 用SMMC -7721细胞株,MTT(溴化四唑蓝)染色法测定该药的活性。结果 该法结果与现行标准方法的结果无显著性差异。结论 该法可用于促肝细胞生长素活性的测定。
Objective To study a new method for activity assay of hepatocyte promoting growth factors. Method Activities of hepatocyte promoting growth factors were assayed by SMMC-7721 cell strains with MTT dyeing. Result The activities obtained were no significant difference compared with standard method. Conclusion The method could be used activity assay of hepatocyte promoting growth factors.
