Determination of adenosine in LIFEI Tablets by HPLC

目的建立HPLC测定利肺片中腺苷的含量.方法 HPLC,色谱柱Waters Spherisorb C18(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm),流动相:甲醇-0.05 mol/L磷酸二氢钾(11∶89),检测波长:260 nm.结果腺苷进样量在14～420 ng(r =0.9997, n=6)范围内呈良好的线性关系.平均回收率为102.3%,RSD为1.48%(n=5).结论该方法准确可靠、专属性强、结果稳定、重现性好,可有效控制制剂质量.

Objective To determine the content of Adenosine in LIFEI Tablets by HPLC. Method Waters Spherisorb C_ 18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm)column was used.The mobile phase was metanol-0.05 mol/L KH_2PO_4(11 ∶ 89),and UV detection wavelength was 260 nm. Result Adenosine showed a good linear relationship in the range of 14～420 ng ( r =0.9997, n =6). The average recovery was 102.3%, and RSD was 1.48% ( n =5). Conclusion The established method is accurate, reliable and specific. The results are stable with good reproducibility. The quality of the tablets can be controlled by the method.
