中原地区地下室建筑防水处理讨论

Waterproof Measurements for Underground Structure in Central China Area

以统计数据为基础,总结中原地区的气候特征是四季分明,冬夏温差大,昼夜温差大,年度干湿变化大。认为地下室防水处理存在设计和施工两方面问题,提出选择适当的防水材料,控制施工环境温度等改进防水效果的技术措施。

Based on statistic data, the climate characteristics of Central China area are summarized as: great differences in temperature and rainfall between summer and winter, temperature varies significantly in a day from morning to night. It is pointed out that the main reasons for the failure of underground structure waterproof are unqualified design and unreasonable construction. Finally, the main measures for waterproof are recommended as material choice, construction site temperature control and so on.
