摘要
雇员心理因素在组织管理中的重要性日益突出。影响心理契约的主要因素有文化差异、雇佣方式和性别等;心理契约的管理效应主要表现在心理契约的平衡、履行、爽约、违背等方面。
Psychological factors are getting more and more important in organization management. This paper covers the contents and character of the psychological contract. Based on the analysis of the main impacting factors of psychological contract such as cultural difference, employment style and gender the author describes several management effects of the psychological contract, including balance, fulfillment, breach, and maintenance.
