摘要
高校是公民道德建设的重要阵地,师德建设是学校道德建设的核心。加强师德建设,教师应当在“德心、德能、德行”的层面上不断自我完善;同时,学校也要建立“德性”制度来完善管理。
Institutions of higher learning is an important position for the cultivation of citizen morals, and the core of which is the cultivation of teacher's morals. Teachers are supposed to improve themselves morally on the levels of the mind, the competence and conduct, in the meantime, schools should establish moral regulations to improve their management.
