尖孢青霉(Penicillium spiculisporum 44)产生刺孢青霉酸的适宜条件 被引量:1

摘要 从7种52株不同的青霉中筛选到6珠能产生刺孢青霉酸的菌株。它们分属于尖孢青霉(P.spicultsporium,4株)和产紫青霉(P.purpurogenum,2株),其中以P.spiculispotum 44的产酸量最高。产酸的适宜培养基组份为(g/L):葡萄糖130—150,NH_4NO,0.6,KH_2PO,1.0,MgSO_4·7H_2O 0.2,玉米浆0.6—0.8,起始pH 6.0。摇床培养8—9天,发酵液中产酸量在40 g/L以上。酸的得率为消耗碳量的53%或更多。该酸溶液(8.765×10~3 mol/L)的表面张力及其对煤油的界面张力分别为38.1和6.68mNm^(-1) Six strains of Penicillium capable of producing spiculisporic acid were selected from 52 strains of 7 different Penicillium species. They belong to P. spiculisporum (4 strains) and P. purpurogenum (2 strains), of which P. spiculisporum 44 gave the maximum production of the spiculisporic acid. The suitable medium components (g/L) for the acid synthesis were: glucose 130—150, NH_4 NO_3 0.6, KH_2PO_4 1.0, MgSO_4·7H_2O 0.2, corn steep liquor 0.6—0.8, initial pH 6.0. The acid amounts in the shake culture broth reached more than 40 g/L after 8—9 days and the yield of acid was more than 53% of carbon consumed. Its surface and interface tension (8.756×10^(-3) mol/L) against kerosine are 38.1 and 6.68 mNm^(-1) respectively.
