摘要
目的探讨全麻期间吸入高浓度氧对胃癌患者的过氧化损伤作用。方法将20例行胃癌根治术患者随机均分为吸入100%氧气组(Ⅰ组)和40%氧气组(Ⅱ组)。分别在麻醉前、诱导后1、2、3、4h抽血,测定血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)含量和总抗氧化能力(TAC)。结果两组患者血清SOD活力在麻醉诱导后2、3、4h较麻醉前下降(P<0.05,P<0.01),诱导后3、4h,Ⅰ组SOD较Ⅱ组显著下降(P<0.05);Ⅰ组MDA在诱导后3、4h较麻醉前增高(P<0.05,P<0.01),诱导后4hⅠ组MDA较Ⅱ组高(P<0.05);Ⅰ组NO诱导后2h较Ⅱ组增高(P<0.05);Ⅰ组TAC诱导后4h较麻醉前下降(P<0.05)。结论全麻期间吸入低浓度氧较吸入纯氧可以减轻对胃癌患者的过氧化损伤作用。
Objective To study the effects of inhaled high concentration oxygen on peroxidiatic condition during general anesthesia in patients with gastric cancer.Methods Twenty patients scheduled for gastric cancer radical surgery were randomly divided into two groups with 10 cases each.Group Ⅰ inhaled 100% oxygen and group Ⅱ 40% oxygen.Blood samples were taken before anesthesia and at 1,2,3 and 4h during anesthesia for the measurements of the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD),the level of malondialdehyde(MDA),nitric oxide(NO)and total antioxidant capacity(TAC).Results The activity of SOD decreased significantly after induction compared with that before induction in both group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ (P<0.05 or P<0.01).SOD in group Ⅰ was lower than that in group Ⅱ(P<0.05)at 3,4h after induction.MDA level in group Ⅰ was increased significantly at 3,4h after induction than that in group Ⅱ(P<0.05 or P<0.01).MDA level in group Ⅰ was higher than that in group Ⅱ at 4h after induction(P<0.05).NO level in group Ⅰ was higher than that in group Ⅱ at 2h after induction(P<0.05).TAC in group Ⅰ was decreased at 4h after induction compared with that before induction(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with inhaled 100% oxygen inhaled 40% oxygen during general anesthesia may alleviate the peroxidiatic effects in gastric cancer patients.
