Learing Protel99 encourages students to learn rules and routes of PCB on the basis of understanding of electric circuits. It explores the method of teaching the software, which trying to reform the teaching method to make students master the application of the software quickly. The author hopes the students know the request of the layout and route of the PCB after learning the software.
