在当前就业形势较为严峻的情况下,师范院校毕业生的择业观念尚存偏差,就业期望值较高。该文浅析毕业生择业的理想化观念及产生原因,并提出相应的对策。

In the present stern situation of employment,the employment concept and expectation of the graduates of Teachers College deviate form the needs of the society.This thesis aims at analyzing the idealistic concept of the graduates and the essential causes,and posing some corresponding countermeasures.
