摘要
热酚法提取钩端螺旋体脂多糖(LPS)前,用乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA-Na)处理钩体70091株的细胞可以使LPS的产量提高一至两倍,并改善了产品的色泽及溶解度。长久贮存的钩体细胞,LPS分子易受EDFA-Na的作用而使糖链中的组分脱落,导致糖链变短。当钩体LPS分子中糖链短到使脂、糖含量比相等时,钩体LPS从水相转入酚相。
The yield of leptospiral LPS was able to increase 1—2 times when the cells were treated with EDTA-Na before extracting with hot phenal-water method. The colours and solability of L-LPS were improved. When the leptospiral cells were stored for a long period of time, and treated by EDTA-Na, the phase distribution of the LPS changed, i.e. they returned from water phase into phenol phase. Such change was related to the quantity of both the saccharide and lipid.
