乙酰肝素酶对肿瘤转移调控机制研究进展

摘要 乙酰肝素酶是目前发现的哺乳动物细胞中唯一能切割细胞外基质中硫酸乙酰肝素蛋白多糖的一种葡萄糖醛酸内切酶,在肿瘤细胞浸润和转移中起重要作用。本文就乙酰肝素酶一般概况、功能和调控、与肿瘤转移的关系及其临床应用前景进行综述。
