摘要
昆虫病毒的安全性研究,开始于美国对美洲棉铃虫(Heliothis zea)核型多角体病毒的研究。通过多种途径对脊椎动物进行实验,未发现对实验对象表现毒性、病原性及致癌性等。以后国内外对多种杆状病毒,包括国内对棉铃虫核型多角体病毒进行的研究,都获得了相同的结果。但近来。
Heliothis armigera nuclear polyhedrosis virus purified by sucrose gradient centrifugation was injected into the peritonea of nude mice, golden hamsters and mice. On day 13, 23, 30, 40 postinjection, the animals were killed and internal organs (liver, kidney, spleen, pancreas) were taken out. The second or third instar Heliothis armigera larvae fed with homogenized interal organs showed the nuclear polyhedrosis and mortality was thirty percent. Under the electron microscopy inclusion bodies could be found in the cytoplasm of liver cell and spleen cell of nude mice on day 13 and 23 postinjection.
