摘要
价值成长战略是指以提高上市公司的股市价值为目标的战略目标和措施等的统称。本文分析了中国联通实施价值成长战略的必要性和基本条件,提出了中国联通实现员工价值最大化、用户价值最大化和股东价值最大化的价值成长战略思路,并给出了实施价值成长战略的对策。
Value development strategy refers to strategy goals and measures of improving company market value. This article analyses the necessity and basic conditions of China united telecommunications corporation value development strategy, and have given some ideas concerning value maximization of the company stuff, customers and shareholders and some implementation countermeasures.
