Policy Study on China's Urbanization Under the Goal of "Build a Well-off Society in an All-Round Way"

中国的城市化建设近年来得到了快速的发展,但同时存在着生态环境污染加剧、能源利用效率低和城市化发展地域失衡等问题。重点从可持续发展视角,对中国城市化进程中的生态环境与资源、人口、城市发展等问题进行了分析,并以“全面建设小康社会”为目标提出了相应的对策建议。

Rapid development has been achieved recently in the process of Ch in's urbanization, companied with such problems as eco-environmental pollution exacerbation, energy usage inefficiency and regional urbanization unbalance. It was an unavoidable problem, also in focus of decision-makers and scholars, that h ow to accelerate China's urbanization developing healthily and stably. Mainly from the point of view of sustainable development, eco-environment and resources, population and city development were analyzed in the process of China's urbaniza tion, and related policies were brought forward under the goal of 'Build a Well-off Society in an All-Round Way'.
