摘要
从分析苏州市民营科技企业发展中存在的主要问题入手,探讨了发展民营科技企业的国际经验,并提出了发展苏州市民营科技企业的对策和建议,指出借鉴国际经验发展民营科技企业,对于苏州市发展高新技术产业,构建经济发展新格局具有特别重要的意义。
Absteract:On the basis of the analysis of the main developing problem of the scientific private enterprise of Suzhou City and make use of the Foreign Experience,the feasible methods of developing the scientific private enterprise of Suzhou City have been researched into.
