Integrated Innovation of Modern Enterprise and Its Comprehensive Evaluation

摘要面临不确定性条件下的竞争环境,集成创新已经成为企业获取竞争优势的关键。首先剖析了企业集成创新的理论内涵,接着基于技术、战略、知识、组织4个层面构建了企业集成创新的评价指标体系,最后探讨了一种改进的AHP方法,并提出了综合评价的一般程序。 Along with the increasing uncertain of competing conditions, inte grated innovation has become the key to core competence. In this paper, we first analyze theoretical connotation of integrated innovation; then, based on techno logy, strategy, knowledge and organization, we constructs evaluation index system; last, we discuss the improved AHP method and puts forward general step of com prehensive evaluation.
