摘要
楼屋(面)结构从预应力圆孔板体系转换为现浇混凝土体系以来,楼板裂缝已成为工程质量的突出问题,是房屋建筑质量通病之一。本文针对现浇混凝土楼(屋)面板的裂缝从现状、产生的原因分析着手,从设计、材料和施工等环节提出控制裂缝产生和发展的具体措施及建议,供同行参考。
Cracks on the reinforced concrete slabs have been a big problem since the structural system is transformed from precast slab to cast in situ in the residential building. It is a common quality failure in building construction. Based on practical situation and the cause of the crack formation, the author puts forward some suggestions to control the formation and development of the crack from different stages as design, material and construction progress.
